"Bettering Healthcare, One Patient At A Time."

Pharmaceutical

503B

Since regulators have began putting greater scrutiny on compounding pharmacies following incidents linked to poor oversight by state boards of pharmacy, FDA has divided these pharmacies into two sectors: 503A and 503B.

We work with 503B generic drug manufacturers in the USA. Generic medications are in high use at hospitals and very few US manufacturers produce them at a volume that justifies the upfront investments. We partner with boutique, FDA approved cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) manufacturers that are guided by automation and extreme quality control to the highest ISO standards.

503A

503A compounding pharmacies as those that compound according to prescriptions specific to particular patients and are required by state boards of pharmacy to comply with USP and other guidelines. These facilities are limited to dispensing only for home use and are not allowed to compound large batches, an ability that can lead to lower product costs. Most of our pharmaceutical partnerships center around 503B relationships in a business-to-business environment but we also leverage relationships with 503A facilities to a smaller degree.

Specialty Drugs and FDA Shortage List

We specialize in sourcing specialty drugs and those on the FDA’s drug shortage list that are in short supply and high demand. The FDA employs stringent guidelines via their cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations. With our close partnerships with state of the art facilities, we’re poised to make a difference in the lives of many people across the nation.

Other drugs we help procure are cancer medications and those that might not be on the FDA shortage list but still may be difficult to acquire.

Our expertise lies in close relationships with manufacturing facilities in the US that are able to produce the highest quality drugs and with the least amount of supply chain dependencies possible.
